New direct route between Stockholm Arlanda Airport and Frankfurt with Condor
Frankfurt is one of Europe’s largest international airports and serves as a major hub for onward travel to destinations around the world. Through Condor’s route network, travellers from Stockholm Arlanda Airport will gain access to destinations including San Francisco, Vancouver, Johannesburg, the Dominican Republic and Phuket.
-Condor’s investment in a direct route between Stockholm Arlanda Airport and Frankfurt with two daily departures demonstrates strong confidence in the Swedish aviation market. The new route improves connectivity to Germany, Europe and a wide range of destinations worldwide. It makes it easier for people to travel, connect and discover new destinations, whether for business, leisure or to visit family and friends says Aron Backström, Chief Commercial Officer at Swedavia.
-We are making a strategic investment in the continued development of our hub at Frankfurt Airport by expanding our route network. Our guests will benefit from an even broader range of European destinations as well as seamless connections to destinations around the world," says Dr. Pierre Dominique Prümm, Chief Commercial Officer at Condor.
The route will be operated using aircraft from the Airbus A320 family, with a seating capacity of up to 180 passengers.
